Abodiea

Abodiea lets tenants pay toward their yearly rent daily, weekly or monthly, and gives landlords one board showing every unit and who has paid.

The challenge

Nigerian rent falls due once a year as one large payment, and landlords have to chase tenants to find out who has paid.

What we built

• Tenant plans with auto debit and a receipt for every payment.
• A landlord rent board with clear green, amber and red status.
• Claim-code invites with identity checks, and tenancy agreements signed in the app.
• Tenant and landlord apps, a marketing site and a staff back office.
